Athlete's Notes: This was real tough for me, mostly the squats. I tried to touch my chest to the rings on all reps and got most of them. Towards the end I bent my knees to take off some weight and to push w/ my legs to get my chest all the way up. I got all bench presses unbroken. I went at least to 90 on every rep of squats, but needed to drop the weight to 135 on the last set. I was doing sets of 5 w/ a lot of pauses (I got to get my legs stronger).
