Athlete's Notes: | BJ's were broken on the first 2 sets. Got most of the snatches w/ the squat snatch tecnique, 15/6, 10/5, 9. The CTB's were jumping CTB's. I did this WOD at the house and my bar is too high so I had to use a 5gal buckect to jump off of. I wont use a bucket again, it was to hard and time consuming to keep steady on both the jump and the landing. |
