Athlete's Notes: | This one was another gasser. PU's were 15/5. BJ's were steady. DU's were basically reps of 1/2. K2E were 9 then 3 or 4 sets after that. KB's were 10/10/10. Just read right over the situps, didn't do them. RXed Cleans were 20 and I did 15, I basically bitched out. Back exensions 15/10. WB's were 12 then a lot of sets. All and all real tough WOD |
