Athlete's Notes: | This one gassed me, my cardio held me back. Got all the cleans unbroken, which surprised me. The 1st set of T2B's were unbroken all the others were broken into 4, 5, or 6. Spent 1/4 of the time in the hang position, I need to work on my technique. The first 4 sets of WB's were unbroken and I got to 9 on the fifth set and it slowed way down. The last set were reps of 2 to 4. |
