Athlete's Notes: | HSPU's were scaled w/ 30 in. BJ focusing on touching the back/top of my head to the floor. Ring dips broken into several sets. On the last set of 9 I only got 1 after several attempts so I moved to the assisted dip machine (40lbs). PU's (nose to floor) got a lot harder than I thought they would. My chest got a good pump w/ this one. |
