Athlete's Notes: | RXed was 135 OHS. Prior days WOD's are effecting this WOD in a negative way, my quads are killing me. Broke the first two sets of DLs into two sets and the third unbroken. The OHS were horrible, I dropped it several times on the first rep and didnýt get any more than five in a row until the last set of 9 which was unbroken. |
