Athlete's Notes: | The burpees took just over 5 minutes (1st 25 unbroken). Situps un anchored 45/15. Used my 52.5 bowflex DB for KB's, got the first 25 unbroken. PU's were 10/6/4/6/4/5/3/2 (PU's got real sloppy at the end). 1st 5 HSPU's were negatives then transitioned to my 34 inch saw horse. Don't remember the numbers, things were getting blurry. |
