Athlete's Notes: | Made this up and did it at the playground in my complex. Pullups all unbroken. Pushups unbroken first two rounds, then 15/5 and 10/2/2/2/2/2. A few misses with single unders because it was on sand. Run was a loop around the front of my neighborhood. Knee still healing, but glad to be getting back into it. Will get back to squats/lunges/box jumps/etc when my knee is ready. |
