Athlete's Notes: | This was hard. Rx was 7 Muscle ups. The Ring Rows blew up my grip and tris; them things are hard. Deadlifts were 10/5 and 5/5/5 for the other three rds, I couldn't hold onto the bar b/c of the RRs. Lungs sucked. |
