Athlete's Notes: | Iým really happy with this weight. The 155 I couldnýt even get it to my nose on the first rep, but I noticed from the lighter lifts that the first one was twice as hard as the others. I dropped to 150 with a little bit of a PP for the first one to get my momentum going and would just note the PP for that set of three. Well, I got to my third rep and was confident I could get the forth so I could say I got three honest Shoulder Press. Tried it and got it. |
