Athlete's Notes: | RX was muscle ups and a 20lbs vest throughout. Didn't do any of the exercises w/ a vest and substituted Ring Rows for the Muscle ups b/c my shoulder hurts doing the dip motion. Jon suggested Ring Rows and they were tough. The Burpee PU's were done on the high bar and the PU's were done on the low one. This one was a butt kicker. |
