Athlete's Notes: | I did this in my carpeted living room. My time sucked, but very happy I went for the RX, I feel that I hit a turning point in my crossfit efforts. All sit-ups were ancored but unbroken. The DU's on the other hand, not so much. I got 6 consecutive DU's once (on the last set) and 4 consecutive two or three times, but most of the others were a single DU. Consecutive for me is a SU between each DU and always had to start off w/ a SU. I did a lot of SU just trying to get ONE! DU (my toes took a beating). I've never practiced DU's and always did SU's for previous RX DU WOD's, (hence the turning point). I'm shooting for 12 to 14 minutes on the next WOD with Annie. |
