Modifications at: | No Rower in the hotel or free weights so scaling was done. Ran on the tread mill, 1/4 mile, 1.5 mile then a mile for the 500, 1000 and 2000 meter rows. Bench was on an old machine type and body weight felt like a car. did it set at 100lbs. first 30 were, 10,5x4, then 5x4, last set of 10 were 6,4. |
