Athlete's Notes: | first round unbroken, failed climb on 2, 3, 4th trip. Adjusted technique on rope climb 5 and 6 complete. 7th trip made the knot at the top but did not touch the bar. forearms cramped lost footing and slid back down. while attempting to recover time expired. push ups done chest to deck first set unbroken second 10/5 third 7/4/4. did not make bar fourth trip did not count. more fails than makes never a good thing. |
