Athlete's Notes: | Completed 120 Singles instead of the triple unders. Completed in ACSO gym with Scott, Brian, Steve and Terry. Dead lifts unbroken Walking lunges with 3 or 4 very short pauses Back squats 20-20 Power cleans were done in singles with about a second pause. I took a longer break after every 10 reps. Burpee box jumps were very slow. Took multiple breaks. Thrusters were completed 12-8 Jump rope completed 40-40-40 |
