Description: Tabata intervals (8 rounds of 20 secs work/10
secs rest) of the following:
Pushups
Situps
Air Squats
Results: 200 reps
Performed as RX
Warmup: 2 rounds of:
- Walk or ride bike for 5 minutes
- 10 x jumping jacks
- 10 x full body sit ups
- 30 singles (jumping rope)
Cooldown: Walk or ride bike for 8 minutes
Athlete's Notes: Didn't keep count of reps...just a guess on the number. took a few times to figure out the tabata timer, but now I get it. Should be smoother next time.
