Athlete's Notes: | Did this at home by myself. Did all 129 box jumps before realizing I didn't do burpees. Horrible, horrible feeling to realize I then had to do 129 burpees in a row. Like two awful workouts back to back. No earthly idea how long this took, but it felt like forever. After doing this properly with the group in previous years, I can honestly say this way was harder than doing everything together. Can't stress enough how horrible this was. So, so horrible. I almost died. I should really workout occasionally before attempting this stuff. Just, wow. |
