Athlete's Notes: | DL's were heavy for me. Did the first round unbroken 2nd was 5/5 and 3rd was 3/4/3. Jump ropes were bad but not a killer. First 80 unbroken on all sets then broke it up into anthoer 2 sets for the remaining 70 |
