Athlete's Notes: | This was a power snatch from the ground for me. I have never tried to the squat snatch before tonight and probably would have only gotten 115lbs (seriously). I missed yesterdays WOD, so alternated 15 reps of 50lbs DB bent over rows and 20 burpees between each set to try to make up. I only did one of those exercises between sets making a total of 60 burpees and 45 reps bent over DB rows. |
