Athlete's Notes: | This was the hardest thing for me next to Murph. RX was Muscle ups so substituted pull ups and dips. Got the first set of pull-ups as big boy pull ups (all the way down). The second set was more or less jumping and the third I got 9 good ones and 6 about 45 degrees down. I was fine on dips. Handstand pushups not a chance. 1st set negatives and the other 2 I put my feet on the 30 inch box and went from there. Wall ball and cleans sucked but got them. |
