Athlete's Notes: | A) 165-195-225-260-275-245-245 Modified the AMRAP to 3 people. Messed up the first round and all of us did box jump overs instead of burped box jump overs. The last 12 rounds were all rx. Workout completed with TERRY and SCOTT. I started and got the last 4 reps. |
