Athlete's Notes: | I got the first couple of rounds clean. Towards the end the ring dips were sets of 3 or less and the OH squats were sets of five to eight. Was my first WOD of "as many round as possible in" and my first of OH-S and RDs in a WOD. Gotta work on my RDs. |
