Athlete's Notes: | Another really hard WOD. All but about 15 were squat cleans and ten of those were in the last rd, mostly done in sets of 5. I got several sets of 12 for the PUs, I'm happy w/ that. Between getting spent on the cleans and PUs the run was NOT a "break". |
