Athlete's Notes: | My first time with this chic, she's not awesome. I did her at the station. RX was 30 Pull-ups; maybe next time. Surprisingly the 800 meters were unbroken, slow but unbroken. The KB's were broken down like this, 20/10 15/15 20/10 15/10/5 and 15/10/5. The pull-ups were completed as followed: 7 forward grips, 7 reverse grips, then 6 forward again. Then a much needed recovery. Peace out! |
