Athlete's Notes: Pretty rough doing 100 pushups after 50 Burpees. Tried to game it and failed! 20,20,10 Burpees, 25,20,5,15,5,5 Flutter Kicks, 10,10,10,10,10 then sets of 5 till I got the 100 Push-ups. 50,25,25,50 on the situps.
