Handstand walk for distance.
Chest to bar weighted pull-up for load.
Snatch 1 rep for load.
Results: L-sit: 32 seconds. lbs
Handstand walk: 30 feet. lbs
CTB PU: 70 lbs
Snatch: 165 lbs
Performed as RX
Athlete's Notes: Tried 185 about 15-20 times (PR is 190). Best I could do today was 165. Ouch.
