Athlete's Notes: | HSPUs and WBs unbroken. TTB 20/10. For the cleans, I did 5 touch and go's and 5 singles for each set of 10. Burpees were pretty much sets of 10 doing 5 fast and 5 slow. SDHPs 15/15/10/11/9. Good WOD. |
