Athlete's Notes: It's official, I would rather do burpees than turkish get-ups. RX'd for 45. Used 25lbs dumbbell alternating left to right 6/5/5/5. toward the third fourth and fifth the 6/5/5/5 was more of a goal than it was achieved. dont know exactly how I broke them up. First time you will think only 19 more then I can run.
