Athlete's Notes: | A. 35# for 4 pull-ups/4 strict, 35# for 3 pull-ups/5 strict, 25# for 4 pull-ups/3 strict, 25# for 3 pull-ups/1 strict. This workout gave me the shakes for like 1.5 hours. It was pretty horrible! First round was unbroken. Second round was broken with the exceptions of the runs. HORRIBLE |
