3x30 Russian Twists (20lb med ball)
3x8 modified handstand pushups
Athlete's Notes: The pushups are slowing me down. Also, my hands are pretty ripped up right now. Cardio was not a problem. Tougher hands and better upper body strength will allow me to pick up the pace next time.
