Modifications at: used medicine ball at 20, then 14, then none. Push press and SDHP were initially 95# and 75#, but then were both 75#
Warmup: STRENGTH
10 min of SDHP technique work
Athlete's Notes: Completed only 5 rounds as time cap of 40 minutes was imposed. Could have gone higher with SDHP as there seems to be more strength there. Push press is problematic, though, due to shoulder issue.
