Modifications at: knees to chest, knee pushups after a bit as fatigue set in, and did 2 minutes attempt at double unders, followed by jumps without rope (heel could not touch ground)

Athlete's Notes: Time is inaccurate, but I can't remember what it was. On benchpress, used 115#, and found it less painful as I was squeezing shoulder blades together, pulling shoulder back, which took away shoulder pains.
