Modifications at: Did half reps (15 per method per round), and used 26# kettleball due to caution about back
Athlete's Notes: ongoing issues with endurance and mental toughness. Will continue to improve. Back issues still a factor, but improving and clearly helped by using better form and working with lower weight to solidify form.
