Description: | Death by hand release push ups(scaled would be on your knee push ups) so... every minute on the minute you increase the reps of pushups you do by 1 starting at 1 rep on minute 1, then you do 2 more reps on minute 2, so on and so forth until you cannot complete the required reps for a given minute. |
