Guys add 10 lbs/ Gals add 5lbs after each successful lift. Only 1 attempt is allowed for each minute. If you miss on your attempt. Drop down 30/15lbs (no exceptions) from the amount of your failed attempt and work your way back up. Work to heaviest weight possible.
