Athlete's Notes: | 7-2. Kevin Yang I did better than last time by a couple of minutes. I am extremely proud of my performance today because I am sweating really bad and I feel that I have really tried my best and gave my best effort to complete this workout. I think that I could improve my performance by working on my double unders because that could help me save a lot of time. |
