Athlete's Notes: | 7.2 Was I better than last time? No. Last time I got roughly 27 minutes, however last time I didn't cheat nearly as much as I did this time. What can I do to be better next time? Practice double-unders. Am I happy with my performance? Yes, although I only successfully completed three double-unders I do know the proper technique now. |
