Description: 4 min rounds with 1 min break in between rounds
1. 500lb tire flip while partner holds weighted bars
(reps only count when partner holding weight has weight off ground)
2. burpees with 6ft wall hurdle while partner holds handstand
(if unable to hold handstand, do planks)
3. weighted step-ups while partner holds atlas stone in air chair position.
