Modifications at: 10 ring rows for each rope climb
Thrusters: 1st set was 95. 2nd round was 85.
Athlete's Notes: Had a really hard time with this one. Flexibility in wrist, forearms is a real problem -- getting that bar from the clean position, through the front squat, and then hands in a position to thrust it up. Need to work on rope climb.
