Athlete's Notes: | Didn't know my 1 rep max. Worked up through increasing weights, and was pretty happy with this weight on the last 3 sets. Dennis said he was very pleased by my form and the progression to get there. NUTRITION: Ate a grapefruit in addition to the usual protein shake before the workout -- and it seemed to be significantly easier. I didn't get nearly as tired as I usually do. |
