Workout Name: Intermediate Level
Description: 3 rounds for time. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round with a 1 minute rest between rounds. The stations are:
Squats holding 8-10-16kg kbell
Ab mat sit ups
Burpee touches
Bridge hold (1 point for every 10seconds)
Slam balls 15/30 lbs
1 minute rest

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of rotate, the athlete/s must move to next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.
Results: 200 reps

Warmup: Skills: Air Squat 1x 10 and pick another exercise that you need to work on(2 sets x 8 reps)
