Did KTE instead of TTB as i had a brain Fart and forgot.

No GHD so did 20 Reps a Ab twist with 40Ib DD between feet.
Warmup: bike + Rower + flexibility and lots of lower back strecthing.
Cooldown: Flexibilty
Athlete's Notes: Technique was failing at high reps with heavy weight but getting much stronger.
