Athlete's Notes: Used a 15kg bucket of plaster for the overhead lunges (awkward as) and the log was about 10kgs. Log thrusters were ridiculous trying to balance log on hands. Pumping out sets of 10s, by the time I hit the air squats my legs were fucked!!! Awesome workout would like to do again in about a year!!!
