Description: | With a 25 Minute running clock Row 1K for time -Rest 3 minutes- 5 Rounds for time of: 50 Double Unders 10 Pistols, alternating legs -Rest 4 Minutes- 5 Rounds for time of: 1 L-Rope Climb (Start sitting on the floor) 5 Paralette or KB Handstand Push-Ups -With Remaining time complete as many KB or DB Snatch, 70/50lbs, alternating arms. Weight must touch the floor to complete each rep. |
