5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Results: 11 rounds 27 reps

Warmup: Stretching,
Mobility: 200m run, 10 pull ups, 10 sit ups, 10 air squats.
Skill: Press (6kg, 11kg, 11kg) x 6 reps,
Push press (11kg) 3x6 reps,
Push Jerk (11kg, 6kg, 6kg) x 6 reps.
Cooldown: 200m slow jog, Stretching, foam roller.
Athlete's Notes: 3 reps off a full set of 12... Gutted!
Squats were fine, Pull ups were tough but I hated the push ups each round!
