Modifications at: Ring rows instead of pull ups, and knee push ups!
Athlete's Notes: 3 rounds and 40 reps. First benchmark to do by myself, think I rather a group, I find it motivational. I find ring rows hard and would have preferred pull up but need to work on my ring rows.
