Description: | Jerk - 15 minutes to find your 1 rep max then.... 1 minute on, 1 minute off for 10 minutes: Complete 30 Kettlebell Swings (55, 35) every other minute. There is a 15 Burpee penalty for every minute that you fail to reach the goal, to be completed at the immediate end of the workout. |
