Modifications at: 4 rounds. MUs from knees. HSPU Rx'd. L-sit was knee-up. Held on to post during left leg pistols. Held on to post and propped left foot on wall ball while doing pistols on right foot.
Athlete's Notes: Hurt right ankle again. When I dropped down from the wall on HSPU I guess I jarred something in my right ankle again.
