Modifications at: Muscle-ups: Pull myself up, Jump up, Hold 1-2 sec;
Handstand Push-ups: Box
Kettlebell: 45 lbs
Athlete's Notes: First time to use 45# on kettle bell swings; It was a lot harder and some of them were down right ugly. Some were attempts that didn't quiet make it to the top.
