15 ring Dips
Results: 6 rounds 23 reps
Workout scaled
Modifications at: 155lbs DL (body weight minus 15lbs)
Ring dips with blue band
Warmup: Skill- Burpee pull up
Strenght- Strict pull up wk up to 3 rm
Cooldown: Pull ups. Three strict unassisted. Then a set of 10 with a green band and 2 sets of 5 with the blue band.
Athlete's Notes: Lost count of rounds I am quite sure this is right though. Did first round of DL unbroken then sets of 8 and 7 until the last 2 rounds; sets of five with short rests. Started the ring dips weth sets of 8 and 7 with short rests.
